Replacing parts
Our parts and components are made to withstand decades of use, but if they need replacing due to normal wear and tear we can do that for you.

We are more than happy to pay you a free home visit to answer all of your questions. Our home visits are always cost and commitment free, which means we give you time to consider your options. We’ve even developed a way of troubleshooting anything that may go wrong with our chairs even more quickly and efficiently. All our straight stairlifts come with a small inbuilt screen, which displays a number if there’s ever an error. That means that when you call us, we can tell you what the problem is based on that number, and are even likely to be able to fix it over the phone.
